Refund & Return Policy

At Legendary Branding, we stand behind the quality of every piece we create. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are committed to making the return or refund process as clear and straightforward as possible.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • It must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • It must include any original packaging, tags, or accessories, when applicable.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or purchase confirmation.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied a return or may qualify only for a partial refund, if applicable.


How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at lb@legendary-branding.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return shipping label. Returns sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5 to 7 business days after approval for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Your financial institution or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Where required by law, cancelled orders for unshipped merchandise must be refunded promptly. FTC guidance generally requires certain refunds to be issued within seven working days or within one billing cycle, depending on the payment method used. [page:1]


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital products or downloadable items
  • Sale items marked Final Sale
  • Items returned in worn, washed, damaged, or altered condition

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at lb@legendary-branding.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item received

Return Shipping

  • For approved returns involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  • For returns based on buyer’s remorse, preference changes, or incorrect size selection, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer or may be deducted from the final refund.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, contact us before sending your return. Depending on product availability, we may offer an exchange or recommend placing a new order once your return is approved.
