THE PROCESS
Finalizing the digital design file, adjusting placement, size, and color settings to ensure the artwork prints accurately onto the garment. This process is vital for producing precise, vibrant, and well-aligned prints.
Pre-treatment step in the DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing process, where a t-shirt is heat pressed to remove moisture and smooth the fabric. By eliminating trapped moisture and wrinkles, it enhances print quality, ink vibrancy, and overall durability of the final design.
The operator ensures the design has been fully and accurately printed before moving the shirt to the curing station. Handling the shirt gently at this point is critical to prevent smudging or distortion of the wet ink.
Printing and curing, the finished t-shirt is carefully inspected and neatly folded by hand to ensure a professional presentation. This step ensures the design is centered, the shirt is clean and wrinkle-free, and it's ready for packaging.
