We accept the following payment methods: major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are processed through Shopify’s secure, PCI-compliant checkout system. We do not store your full payment details on our servers.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price, and to notify you promptly if this occurs.

6. Orders & Cancellations

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, or failure to satisfy our eligibility requirements.

Once an order is confirmed, cancellation requests must be submitted promptly to lb@legendary-branding.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or fulfillment. If your order cannot be cancelled, our return policy applies.

If we cancel your order for any reason, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method promptly.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days. Estimated delivery times vary by region and are set out in full in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any import duties, customs taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total and are not our responsibility.

8. Returns & Refunds

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
