Shipping Rates

Legendary Branding offers consistent shipping rates across supported international shipping regions. Shipping charges are calculated according to your eligible merchandise subtotal and selected delivery method.

Shipping rates are listed in USD. Free standard shipping applies to eligible merchandise subtotals of $100 USD or more. Express delivery is subject to destination availability. Discounts may affect shipping eligibility. The applicable rates and available methods are confirmed at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders enter our fulfillment process after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Our standard order processing timeframe is 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and recognized public holidays.

Once processed, your order goes into production, which takes about 2 business days, followed by quality inspection and dispatch through our manufacturing and fulfillment partners.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are generally processed beginning on the next available business day. Processing and production time are separate from shipping transit time.

Estimated Delivery Times

Legendary Branding provides domestic and international delivery through supported fulfillment partners and regional shipping carriers.

These are general estimated carrier transit windows based on typical delivery expectations, not guaranteed service commitments. They do not include the 1–3 business day order processing and 2 business day production periods, so most US orders arrive within about 8–12 business days of purchase and international orders typically within about 10–25 business days, depending on the destination. Actual transit times vary by product, destination, fulfillment partner, selected shipping service, customs processing, and carrier conditions.

International Shipping

Legendary Branding serves customers across multiple international markets, including supported destinations in North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Oceania.

Shipping availability depends on the destination country, fulfillment partner coverage, product eligibility, and applicable shipping restrictions.

While we support international shipping, delivery is not guaranteed to every country or territory. Customers can confirm shipping availability by entering their delivery address during checkout.

Customs, Import Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs assessments, and applicable taxes depending on the destination country.

Where applicable to your destination, import duties and taxes are calculated and added at checkout and are shown before you pay. They are not included in the listed product price.

Applicable sales taxes are also calculated and displayed at checkout. Any charges collected through checkout are disclosed before payment.

If a shipping carrier or customs authority requests an unexpected import duty or customs payment, please contact Legendary Branding before making payment so we can investigate the charge.

International customs inspections and clearance procedures may extend delivery times. We work with fulfillment partners to provide appropriate shipment documentation.

Print-on-Demand Fulfillment

Legendary Branding specializes in premium, heavyweight streetwear produced through our print-on-demand manufacturing and fulfillment network.

Depending on the product, your order may require garment preparation, printing, production, quality inspection, and packaging before shipment.

Our standard 1–3 business day processing window and roughly 2 business day production time cover normal order preparation activities. Some products or fulfillment circumstances may require additional production time.

Orders may ship through different carriers or fulfillment locations depending on product availability and destination. Specific carrier assignments are determined by the fulfillment partner and available shipping services.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched and tracking information becomes available, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing your tracking details.

Tracking updates may take approximately 2–3 business days to appear after shipment confirmation, depending on the carrier and its scanning process.

If your tracking information remains inactive beyond this period, contact our support team so we can investigate with the appropriate shipping provider.

Lost, Damaged or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed beyond its estimated delivery window, appears lost, arrives damaged, or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us.

Email lb@legendary-branding.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

We will coordinate with the appropriate fulfillment partner or carrier to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.

Shipping Delays & Unexpected Circumstances

Although we work to fulfill orders within our published processing and delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays.

These may include carrier disruptions, manufacturing delays, severe weather, customs inspections, public holidays, or unusually high order volumes.

If an unexpected issue prevents shipment within the applicable timeframe, we will communicate relevant updates and provide cancellation or refund options where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
