Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days of purchase. You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, followed by a shipping confirmation with your tracking link once your order is on its way.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays, peak periods, weather events, or customs processing for international orders may extend these windows.

Tracking Your Order

Your tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking information doesn’t update immediately, allow 2-3 business days for the carrier to scan and register the shipment in their system.

Still showing no movement after that window? Reach out and we’ll investigate with the carrier directly.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears stuck, delayed beyond the estimated window, or marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, email us at lb@legendary-branding.com.

We’ll open a carrier investigation and work with you on a resolution, which may include a replacement or other support, where confirmed lost or undeliverable.

International Orders - Customs & Duties

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or fees charged by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are included in your order total at checkout.

Customs processing can also add time to international deliveries. This is outside our control, but we include accurate customs documentation on every international shipment to help things move smoothly.

Shipping Delays

We do our best to meet every estimated delivery window. If an unexpected delay means we can’t ship within the advertised timeframe, we’ll contact you with an update and, where required, the option to cancel for a prompt, full refund.

Print-on-Demand Fulfillment

Every item at Legendary Branding is custom printed and manufactured to order. Please allow 1-2 business days after order processing for localized printing, garment construction, and quality inspections, followed by 3-5 business days for tracked premium courier transit. Exact carrier methods (including DHL eCommerce and regional networks) are selected based on your delivery address at checkout.
