Products & Sizing
What sizes do your products come in?
Most of our pieces range from S to 3XL, with select styles going up to 4XL. Every product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements in inches so you can find the exact fit before you order.
Are your products unisex?
Yes. All of our designs are built for anyone who resonates with the message and the standard. Fits are intentionally generous — classic streetwear silhouettes that work across body types.
What makes Legendary Branding different from other streetwear brands?
Two things: material weight and intention. Most hoodies on the market are 280–320GSM. Ours are 460GSM — built to feel substantial, hold their shape, and last. Every piece we release has a reason behind it. We don’t drop just to stay active; we drop when it’s worth dropping.
Shipping & Delivery
When will my order ship?
All orders are processed, printed, and packed within 2 business days. You’ll get an order confirmation right away, then a shipping confirmation with a tracking link once your order is on its way.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times after processing:
- USA & Canada: 7–10 business days
- UK & Europe: 10–12 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–12 business days
- Rest of World: 10–12 business days
Times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — free worldwide shipping on every order, with no minimum required. We ship to 220+ countries.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You may return any unworn, unwashed item in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Email us at lb@legendary-branding.com with your order number to start the process.
What if I receive the wrong or a damaged item?
Contact us at lb@legendary-branding.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your call.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
Payments & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All payment options are displayed securely at checkout.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Our store is SSL-encrypted and all transactions are processed through Shopify’s PCI-compliant checkout infrastructure. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
