Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your shipment along the way.

If your tracking information does not update right away, please allow a few business days for the carrier to scan and refresh the tracking status.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed, lost, or stalled in transit, please contact us at lb@legendary-branding.com.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the next best resolution, which may include a replacement or other support where appropriate.


International Customs & Duties

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees charged by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout. International shipments may also experience customs-related delays outside our control. It is standard practice for e-commerce merchants to state clearly whether duties and taxes are paid by the customer or collected upfront. 


Shipping Delays

We do our best to meet the shipping and delivery estimates shown on our store. If we cannot ship within the time frame advertised, we will contact you with an update and, when required, provide the option to cancel for a prompt refund in line with applicable FTC rules.
